Terms of Sale
:
1. All buyers are required to
register for a bid number.
2. All vehicles must be paid for in FULL on day of auction.
Payment by CASH or Certified Bank Check Only. 3. Each successful bidder shall place a deposit of $500.00 in CASH or certified funds at the close of auction. This deposit shall be applied toward the purchase price. Successful bidders
who fail to complete a sale shall forfeit their deposits to the US Marshals Service. 3. All vehicles are SOLD AS-IS-WHERE IS.
4. This is a LIVE outcry AUCTION with reserves. 5. US Marshals Service reserves the right to add or delete vehicles at anytime.
6. Vehicles must be removed from auction facility the same day as auction.
